  When we decided to build a home in Sedona we choose Joel Detar. It proved to be a excellent choice. Joel Detar is a man of his word. He is a professional. If Joel said he would do something he did it! It is that simple. I would simplify my experience by saying "on time and on budget". Joel has been working in the region for approximately 30 years. We have yet to find a single person in the area with a negative comment of Joel or his work. Our home was a 2 million dollar plus project which was completed in 14 months. The subcontractors respect Joel, thus no time was wasted waiting for subcontractors. I can confidently recommend Detar Construction without reservations.
